Oceanfront home on private beach. 190k to buy or a one year rental for 800 per month. This includes free internet, garbage pick up and water and its also semi furnished. Beds fridge stove. Power without AC is about 75 a month. I'm not a real estate agent. More of an Artist. My place is older and is roughly 3800 square feet in total. I have been here for almost 20 years. Very nice area. Beach is beautiful and our community keeps it nice. Good water is a plus. Its an ROP property with a Catastro Survey. All my paperwork is in order. No issues. First and Last rent will be required along with a 400 Deposit. Parking for 3 cars. Place has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. I kitchen on the top floor and one Kitchenette on the bottom one. Plenty of open spaces for living areas and such. Has a nice bar area. Whoever decides to either rent or buy should know that living right on the beach requires someone who knows how to maintain such a place. Cleaning is very important. We can organise someone to come clean it for 50 dollars a month if you decide you want to live here and not clean it. Its located in Playa El Estero. That is about 10km from Las Tablas.
