Total acreage is close to 2.357,11 sq meters. The house (see photos) has a large master bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower, and an adjoining room.
Downstairs there's a large room with its own bathroom. The house has copper hot water plumbing, a 40-gallon electric water heater, and all the electrical work is US NEC standard (12 circuits). The house has an undercover garage and plenty of parking spaces outdoors. The house has a total covered area of approximately 160 sq. meters.
The garden is well-kept with plenty of trees, a variety of tropical plants.
Monthly community maintenance costs are $75. Potable water is metered and very reasonably priced at $10 a month.
The house was built in 1993 and the three or four neighbors in our immediate surroundings are all well-known to us and of good repute. We specifically chose the location because it offers, unlike other areas, a reasonably flat street to exercise and take a stroll.
